Garlic Salmon

2 slices ginger(smashed, then pinched in marinade)Put grated ginger in a fine strainer set over a bowl. Press to extract the juice; discard the pulp. Stir sake, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and mustard into the juice and season withsalt and pepper.

Set salmon in a broiler pan. Marinate in sauce for 30 to 40 minutes.

Broil approx. 6 minutes until just cooked through. Serve with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
